Friend has a strange login issue

So a friend of mine signed up for pm a few years ago, problem is she doesn't know which email she used to sign up with. Now when i tried to login for her its basically impossible. When i choose "forget email" it sends a code to her email which she has no idea which email they sent it to.

If she manages to sign up here and message the CS agent how can she convince them to give up the email address to her account? Is it possible to login with a phone number rather than email?

use the link above and give Customer Support as much account info as she can..ie: ph number, name on account, account number if she knows it, PM pin number if she knows it, when last renewal was, type of credit card on file...etc.
