I am having network trouble and want to try a new SIM.  Can i get new SIM sent to me?

hi @bstorzie 

what kind of network problem you have?  you tried Reset all networks on the phone?  Also, try the sim card in another phone.  We still people with sim tray problem on the phone itself more than a sim card problem

but if you need a new one, buy a PM physical sim card from Telus or Koodo or Mobile Klinik stores or via Amazon:

Then you can login My Account and to go Profile page to update sim card number

sim card usually good and rarely fails  

if you can show PM that the problem might be the sim card, they will be willing to send you one for free

Just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen

You could but I would not recommend getting it from Public Mobile as there is a Canada Post strike so you may not get it for a very long time. Try these links for faster service.

If you need a physical SIM, Amazon sells them. Click on AMAZON for the link.

Or locations near you that have a SIM. TELUS STORES

Side note, you need to know that NOBODY here works for Public Mobile. We are all customers like you.
