Need some advice. Thank you beforehand for just seeing if theres anything I can do. 🙂
So I recently signed up a new number through PM, but for some reason I cannot take calls from two seperate numbers on freedom Mobile, I have got two other people to call me from their cell phones and it works okay? So it seems the number is working correctly.
Any advice would be of great help. Thank you kindly.

I've been biting my tongue but I can't hold back any longer... gotta say it: "friends don't let friends...". Okay, I won't do it.
I've been to the dark side, but I've come back...

Have you restarted your phone since you signed up?
Yup, multiple times.

Signed up yesterday so I will give it a day or two, especially it being the weekend. That would be my luck. LOL Yeah, very possible. I will also try to get a few other friends to check and see if it is just a Freedom issue. If so I might have to contact them to resolve it. I guess I could also see about a new number?
Thanks for the advice.

How recenty? I've found that it may take longer for "routing tables" to propagate to some carriers.
It might be that the number you picked was formerly in the Telus/PM "pool" but someone ported it to Freedom, and then canceled. The number would go back to the Telus/PM pool, but Freedom might be treating it as a terminated number? Just guessing here... and would think that in due time, this would resolve on its own?

I dont think so, but I can check.
Yes, they can call others with no issue at all.

Maybe it a Freedom problem? Are the Freedom #s able to call other people not on Freedom?
