I signed up as a new customer yesterday Sept 16 - when will the free3gb promo be applied to my account?

Last time there was a free 3 GB offered by PM was in May. I don't think there has been another recently. Was this promo offered by a retailer when you signed up ?

Was this a retailer offer? I don't recall seeing a 3 gigabyte promotion through PM recently.
