Hi,
I just activated my SIM. but i realized somehow my DOB got saved incorrectly. only the DD part.
How do I correct it.
Can anybody help me to make this correction?

@giridhara13 you don't need to change it, but make sure you remember what it is just in case you need to verify your account. otherwise ask mods to change it to what it should be

@giridhara13 you can put anything really. The only time it may be important is when she needs to prove to moderators that she is the owner of the account. You can either tell her what the date is or she can contact moderators to change it.

@giridhara13 I don't think it really matters what you ended up putting for DOB. It isn't like it is used for anything. I think you're good to just leave it as I can't see a way on my profile to change it (not can I even see it). Welcome to PM

It really doesn't matter since public mobile is prepaid and don't run credit checks.
However to correct your issue you will have to speak to the mods. Click the question mark on bottom right to open a ticket through the chat bot or private message on below link.
