Have a look. Maybe. Log in to your self-serve and click on Purchase Add-ons in the middle area and then look for $0 priced items in the large blue add-ons area. Maybe they're still there. No harm in having a look.

I do know from others that the add-ons were available after Dec 31. No harm in trying. I don't know if and when they _really_ went away.

Sometimes they even give extra data and minutes for customer input when they announce a survey and the like, so keep an eye on that as well.
