This month I had to purchase a lower subscription plan because I'm up to my eyeballs deep in medical supplies in an attempt to save my big toes( 1 on each foot ) from going full on gangrenis and I figured I could comfortably do so as I had a 4gb holiday gift with maybe 1/4th of it used and 1 out of 4 2gb gifts that only the one was about 1 gb used but the other 3 hadn't been used and 1, 1gb  Add on gift that was partially used as well, so about 10 or 11gb altogether left over, plus the 500mb the plan came with,  well in the last 5 days of being homeless they have all disappeared completely, but my usage from 1-5 on my phone only says just under 5gb used and even turning it back to may 25th just to see if that would ha e ate it up some how it was only another gb and a half, so that didn't eat up all the free data I was given o er the years for holidays, Just wondering, did something happen accidentally in the system? They get swept in the garage or something somehow? I mean with 50-60gb limit and only using MAYBE 20 to 25-30gb tops in a month, and that's sharing with my 8 year Olds tablet when we go for drives, even that is maybe 300-750mb for 2 or 3 Netflix movies on the lowest SD on it, can someone please help me figure out where zll that extra data just disappeared too? I had close to 11gb so 10 something left and at most only 7gb or so got used that it shows on paper from 25th of May till it shows June 24 and even from May 6th to June 5th it only used 10gb and in that time I had another phone plan with much higher gb, I am perplexed

 any help for this would be greatly appreciated because finding an open wifi spot isn't all that easy in a very rural community and pretty much consists of the  elderly improperly hooking up their routers so their grandchildren can play mine craft and roblox and whatever else little kids use the internet for...in need of a solution, but with coinbase having 54$ in ronin quests if I only had a mineut amount of data I could finish that off and purchase my regular 50gb plan

It depends on which $15 plan you changed to as there has been recently changes to that plan. The now legacy $15 plan with 100 outgoing minutes has 250mb of data. The newer $15 plan with unlimited minutes has no data included. It also is no longer available to existing customers only being offered to new customers. When it comes to time that you can afford a larger data plan you may want to suspend your account for up to 89/90 days ( before it gets deactivated permanently) and activate a new account with a large data plan to use. You can the switch between using the 2 account plans depending in your data needs and financial circumstances (keeping in mind the 89/90 day account expiry limits).

You will have to look at your usage history but it looks like you may have unfortunately used up all of your Add on data. Did you get the 75% and 95% data used texts from 611? Going forward setting your data warning and data limiter on your phone will help prevent excess usage but non expiring data add ons no longer exist only 30 day expiry ones so if they are all used up even if the error is on Public Mobile's side non expiring data cannot be replaced unless you still have at least one on your account.

I did have the 6 nonexpuring data gifts from public mobile from holidays but as I said they ALL disappeared and there were about 10 or 11gb worth and I only started using them when my data for the 15$ plan I got was up(it was only 500mb I believe) but like I said i had close to 10-11gb to use that disappeared way too fast in my opinion, I've created a ticket so hopefully I can have it resolved tonight before support closes because it's long and lonely out in the world when ur hidden away where the public can't see your tent so you can live safely through the night and again like I said, it's hard to find an open wifi in a rural town, I'm just got g to wait on my ticket reply, ty for your help, it's much appreciated

What plan did you switch to? Go back through your usage and add up the 2 daily data usage reports to compare to the usage showing on your phone. Maybe your plan data did not reset to the correct amount. Do you have any non-expiring data add ons left on your account?

Yes I am able to login and such, but no, they are all gone, disappeared from my account but they weren't used up as ghete xhould have been atleast 10 or 11gb all together which even if my data started May 6th that would leave me a gb left, I will create a ticket, ty for the link, you have my appreciation
