Free Holiday 400 intl minutes don't work

Hey,

I added the one time holiday package (1GB and 400 intl minutes) for myself and separately for my wife.

While the data seems to be working fine (consumed some of it), every time I try to dial an international number I get an automated message that talk Is not included in my plan. The same happens when I try to do it from my wife's phone

Any ideas?

Not on the list.  I assume PM has negotiated or can work with the rates for countries listed.  Similarly they have excluded some US area codes serviced by some small unique telcos.

(6) US Roaming Talk Add-Ons require a Talk plan. Calls made to numbers starting with the following six-digit combinations are not included in U.S. Roaming talk Add-Ons or U.S. calling from Canada and will not be completed when dialed: 712-432, 605-562, 641-552, 605-475, 605-477, 712-775, 559-726. Intl long distance Add-On included countries: Canada, China, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, India, Italy, South Korea, Malaysia, Mexico, Poland, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Singapore, Spain, Thailand, United Kingdom, United States, and Venezuela. Calls must originate from Canada.

@Alex71 You may need to review "My Account" and see if you have the Long Distance plan on the overview pay. You have to press Purchase Plan after select the bonus plans on Add-on page.
