I received an email from PM about receiving free data and long distance minutes on December 1st. My daughter got the free 2 GB data. She logged into "My Rewards" account to get the bonus 1 GB data. However, she did not see the bonus 1 GB data in her account. Is there anything else she needs to do to get that data added to her account?

I just redeemed mine and the confirmation email said it will be updated in 24 hours. Maybe wait for a while?

@kimmytran hi anyone who signed up after jan. of this year is on the new rewards, without going into alot of details it isn't nearly as good, because of that they will on occasion try to entice others to jion with the odd little extra carrot,all I can say is don't change you will lose alot more then you will get

Do not switch to the new points system. Old rewards are way better.

If she started her PM account in January 2022 or later...she's on Points program.

Everybody gets 2GB + 500min. ONLY those on points rewards get extra 1GB.

You only get that if you're on the new points rewards system.

HI @kimmytran you are on the old rewards?
only those on the new rewards system will get the extra 1GB. But do not change over to the new rewards, they try to fool us to go Public Points. It does not worth to give up your old reward for that extra 1GB

@kimmytran hi the 1 gig is for new rewards customers only is she on the new rewards or old?
