I recently factory reset my phone before responding to the Holiday gift text message. Can the text message be resent or is there another way to accept the 2GB data gift?

I think the text is tied to the account. if the text was sent it should work by sending a message to that number.. who knows though, nothing works perfect here. i doubt a factory reset would cause any issues regarding the text.

Before contacting an agent, check your self serve to see if the bonuses were applied. Look under Data and Add Ons.
Make sure to clear cache and cookies and open an incognito tab before logging in.

If you're really sure that you got the text message and not just the email of the offer, then send a private message to CS_Agent with your request.
