Accoounting error

In my account I had 3 x 5GB data as holiday gifts given in previous years. I just looked in my account and the gifts are now 3 x 2GB, What should I do or go to to have this error corrected

hi @richardjad holiday free data add-on gift was never 5GB,  they were always 2GB.  I think you got mixed up with something else
