Report it to your CC as fraudulent and they will look into it and reverse the charges.

@Faizan25 Have you been a PM customer previously and maybe left your CC on account and didn't either remove it or disabled autopay (pre-authorized)?
PM would not be able to bill your card without someone adding the card #, expiry etc. to a PM account. So if someone is using your card without your permission and you don't have an account with PM, then I would first contact the CC company and either put a hold on the card or cancel it and have them issue a new CC since it seems to be compromised.
As for any refunds from PM, you'd have to discuss that with PM support and can submit a ticket via chatbot here: https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html
Your best course of action for a refund might be the CC company if you can prove that the card was used fraudulently, I believe.
