Hello Mods,
I had forgotten my email address connected to my account, can someone please help?
I tried the contact us, however the email address is not correct therefore I cannot send message to support.
The help line does not connect to live agent as well.
Please help,

Something to consider for the future: Use a password manager
Personally, I use LastPass. It is free and syncs across devices. All you have to do is remember one password (make sure you never forget) as it is the decrypt key to unlock your vault (even if a hacker managers to breach the database - which has happened - they get a list of information that is useless as it cannot be decrypted without the key that only you know)
I login into hundreds of sites, and I have no idea what my passwords (and sometimes even usernames) are... because I don't have to know them.
For some people it is difficult to wrap their heads around it, but it helps for situations like these.

Have you tried to call them? If you can, I would call them with your number and explain that you are locked out because you dont have your email and perhaps they can help from there! Sorry if this didnt help!

OP, if you are like me and keep all important emails for historical reference, try searching your each of your emails to see which email address was the recipient of the welcome email from Public Mobile when sign up was completed.
