I have 2 accounts with public mobile. One is for my girlfriend under the email address The other account that I can’t access has an email address which isn’t available anymore with the phone number

Please REMOVE personal info from public forum!! ASAP
To access PM account email does not have to be active. It is just log in ID. To receive confirmation code from PM to log in select SMS if code goes to email and then change email.
Account has to be active in order to receive SMS from PM.
