Forgot my email and I have credits on my account because I bought a voucher but still didn't allow me to add data on my account. Need help.

London Drugs can't help with account. They sell and that's it.

Go into your local London Drugs and they will help you with any problems you have with you account.

@LibanWarah1 Are you certain? Part of the activation process is setting a PIN. You can't continue past the first page without entering and then verifying the PIN selected.

When you activated your self serve account...did you activate one?
If not, see this:

You would have set up a PIN then, and it would have been texted to you. See your texts for it.

@LibanWarah1you can dial *611 to purchase add-ons.
You can also redeem vouchers this way.

As for your self serve account, you'll have to contact moderators for help to regain access.

If you forgot your email to your self serve account you will need to contact the Moderator_Team via private message using this link to get you back in.
