Forgot the account email and password. We’ve tried to reset it thousands of times today, but it didn’t work. What can we do?

@AlbertC - if you ported out or have been in suspended status for over 90 days your account is closed and you have no access to My Account any longer.

If you are unable to access your account after exhausting all password reset options with available email addresses, contact CS agent by sending message.
Click envelope icon in upper right, then enter “CS_Agent” in the Send to: field.

If you create your account with the same email address. Just click on your avatar top right then My Settings and it will show your email address.

Do you have the sim in a phone? You should be able to use SMS for password reset. For the email address, look in all your inboxes for the welcome email from here or other marketing promo emails. That would be the login id.
