Hi,
My husband and I are both Public mobile customers. He tried to log in but needed to reset password, however after following the steps and tried to log in, there was an error message "Forbidden A1"
He is going to the US tomorrow due to a family emergency; he needs to add roaming. I tried to log in as well but it gave the same error message.
Hope someone will help us as soon as possible.

they do nightly maintenance, I did see a maintenance notice before, I wish they’d be more clear about it.

@RheaBadua1 , sometimes they do maintenance overnight until late morning! Sorry Try again in a few hours.
