Hi, I'm trying to access my account but get a "forbidden A1" notice on a blank page every time I try. Have tried 3 different browsers and have cleared my cache. Help! I need to get a US plan add-on asap!

@etu2- They rarely announce these things. The site just becomes inaccessible. Like now. I can't log in either. This is an all too common occurrence around here.

I have the same issue here too. I have not been able to consistantly access my public mobile account for years now and have given up. My account keeps getting "fixed" and then starts having problems again... Pretty close to cancelling my plan and going else where... Can someone please help with the Forbidden A1 error please

Me too. I guess it is not a good time to login at 2am eastern time. Will attempt to login again after morning twilight.

If you know your 4 digit account pin then you can dial 611 and make a payment and buy the add-on. Otherwise, it would seem the system is down...again.
