for order sim card, since sim deliver take long, better (can cheaper) to order from Amazon, $4.99 for 2 days prime shipping
or pickup one for $10 at local Koodo or Telus stores
after you got the card, you will have to message support and ask them to update the sim card number and help you to login, you can submit by direct message:
