I'm really sad that this issue has not been fixed. I cannot access my account. Public Mobile used to have the easiest account management out of all the competitors, but now I can't even log in 😔 I already tried in Incognito Mode and it makes no difference.
Has anyone found a way to resolve this? I don't have time to keep randomly trying at different times of the day.

@emori , the MY Account webpage & Public Mobile app are working again! I’m able to sign in to both as of Tuesday, August 15, 3:30am (ADT)!

it means that the site is down for maintenance or repairs. and will be back up soon. thats what Forbidden AL means

The Website and App are currently down. Public Mobile is aware and are working on the problem. Hang tight.
