I recently opened an account with public mobile and I received my sim card 2 days ago however after receiving it and attempting to transfer my phone number, the app and website don't allow me to login and instead show the message "Forbidden A1". My mobile data or phone number don't work either with this new sim due to these issues. I'd appreciate any help.

I am having the exact same issue - started trying to port a number on Mar 12, can't login or do anything. I started a ticket through this site, hopefully get a response. Starting to regret signing up.

Normally you get the A1 error when the website and app are down for maintenance. I just login to my app and it seems fine. Try connecting to your home wifi and try again.
