@Mooni No Rogers here, your service should be up now  🙂

HI @Mooni   people said it is coming back.

is it now working for you?

@drew403269 but the heat map is combined with other services, that's why most the time it is not useful

Of course , in big outage and wide area outage like this, maybe it  means something today, but generally, this site is very little use

that "heatmap" just has a dot on literally very named city... does TELUS or public mobile have an outage map?

@softech  My settings have been changed and I tried the prior solution of changing my network to 3G and still came up with nothing. My data is working fine it seems, I am just unable to make calls. I suppose we wait for a service fix. I've tried all possible changes. It's funny, I recently switched from a Rogers provider with the same issues lol

@Mooni  one thing, your plan might be 3G speed plan, but you can still use the 4G LTE network, just that the data will be capped at 3Mbps.

In fact, if you didn't change your phone Preferred network settings, your phone usually will be defaulted to Automatic and would be connecting to 4G LTE network all along

But PM uses ONLY 3G for voice.  when you make a calls, the phone will switch back to 3G

@softech  I am already running on a 3G network due to my current plan. Still does not work.

I think it is a 3G network issue only.

Koodo's voice is on VoLTE, their community there is quiet, unlike ours

Not all Koodo voice service is on VoLTE. The HSPA network is also available for voice.  It's unfortuanate that VoLTE isn't yet an option for Public Mobile customers.

@Mooni  if you change the Preferred network 3G only, does it not connect at all?
