Recently changed from Bell to Public but I’ve noticed my phone has no option to connect to a 5G network. My plan is a 5G plan but I only have 3G and LTE as options for my connection despite being in a 5G service area. I’ve tried everything the chat bot suggested but no luck.

@MatthewE The first 5G compatible iPhone is the 12, so just set your phone to LTE and it should still get good speeds. My iPhone 13 is set on 5G auto so it can choose and most of the time it stays on LTE anyway.

The iPhone XR isn’t 5G compatible so 3G and 4G/LTE speeds is what your phone can do.
