My son's phone was stolen. I was trying to login to his public mobile account and got locked out. It's been 24 hours and still cannot get access to his account. Is there a moderator that can unlock his account? I was able to change the password but still locked out. Do I need to cancel my credit card to stop the payments? Please help

@Len333 Can you try clearing cache/history etc from the browser then try to log in and select didn't get the code or resend code to see if it will give you the email option. To submit a ticket with customer service use the chat icon bottom right of this page.
