Hi there,
its been 2 days the application stopped working witj my 4G.
i have A french number subscription that includes 4G.
the application worked very fine for the first week.
now i can only connect with the WIFI. But my 4G is still working for well for all the other applications..
does anyone know where the problem is coming from?

I have Fongo and it works on my phone with PM network
And what you meant by Fongo didn't work? It has an error message?
It is very likely a Fongo problem and not Public Public mobile never block app usage on its network.
You can try different thing.
First, make sure your Fongo app is updated (Check app store)
Then clear cache and clear data and try again. You will for sure need to login again
if still fails, uninstall Fongo, reboot and reinstall
Still fails? try this: Fongo app can be access on Multiple devices. Try to install on another device that use other network (not PM), then try it and see if it works. If works, then remove the sim card on the other device and insert PM sim card in that phone and see if it works
If all these still showing Fongo not working only on PM sim card, open a ticket with Fongo and see what they say.
