Hi ,
How do I figure out my username to login on public mobile site ??
I want to change a sim card and only way I can do that is online by logging in.

your username would be the email you used when you signed up at the store. If you dont remember your user name or email you can contact SIMon through the help page. And ask for help with lost user name.

Login to your accounts with each email address.
You will find the account number and the profile for that email address.
Selection the "Plan and Add-ons" tab, you will see the phone number for that email address.
Repeat for all 4 email addresses to find out your phone number attached to each email address.

@Garry0055 It's your email. You should have used the same one to register for the community. If you did, click on your community avatar and my settings. Your email should show under email settings. Stay safe.

Your username for self service is the email address.
if you forgot the email address you will have to contact a moderator for assistance.
Please use the chatbot SIMon to help you solve your issue. If SIMon cannot solve your issue then you have the option to contact a moderator.
Step 1: Choose the ? button at the right bottom corner of this page or choose “Get Help” at the top of the page and then choose the “Chat with SIMon” button.
Step 2: Tell SIMon what the issue is and see if he can find a solution for you.
Step 3: If Simon cannot find a solution then type in “moderator” to connect to a Public Mobile customer service representative.
Step 4: Simon will present you with two choices. Choose “Account-specific question”
Step 5 Then choose “No, I want a human”
Step 6 Create your ticket
Check the sent folder to make sure your ticket was sent (envelope icon, top right) and the inbox for a reply from the moderators.

Moderators are available:
Monday to Friday from 8 AM to midnight Eastern time.
