Failing to send 23kb PNG image through SMS

Does anyone run into this situation? Is there a solution for it?

the clearing the cache sometime not help but clearing the data, off course the will remove everything, and before to do that clearing the data have to save images or SMS if they needed.

Clearing the cache is better than clearing the data in an app as the user may lose such things as images if they have not backed up the data for the app.

Hi @xrohrer  for sending MMS, you need to have your Data enabled

 

Also, make sure you are sending MMS.  If you are sending via iMessage, Rich Message, you will need to make sure Wifi or Data is turned on

I have this problem all the time.

Sometimes, when I tried to resend the image, it works.

And the best way should be to turn on your Internet and send it through iMessage.

Sending any type of picture or file isn't possible with SMS.  That would only be possible using MMS.  For MMS, you need a working mobile data connection.  Is the internet working on your device when you're not connecting to Wi-Fi?

you can try reseat the SIM card and Make sure your phone is off before removing your SIM card,

1. power off your device

2. take out the SIM card,

3. waiting a 1 minute,

4. put it back and power on,

5. toggling airplane mode off/on,  

 

and try manually selecting network "3G ONLY" or WCDMA only,

Turn your data on to send a Picture Messaging in world-wide,

 

if your data is off and your home internet Wi-Fi is on is not going through the Picture or a video messaging, 


you have to do this to going through you will need to turn your data on to send a Picture or a video messaging in world-wide,

 

make sure your Data is on.

 

and do Rebooting your phone ,This is quick and simple,to refreshing your network,

*what is meant by rebooting the device turn off and turn it back on.
