My credit card is expiring soon and I have a new credit card. When I try to replace my old card in my autopay settings it says it failed because it was rejected. I called my credit card company and they said the transaction was approved on their end and can see no reason why it would fail. How can I get this fixed so my payment is successful?

@ashughes I'm not sure but seems your credit card company said the payment went through? In that situation do not pay again, rather click this: message to moderators to send a private message to the moderator team with your phone number, account PIN, and an explanation. Moderator hours are: Monday - Friday 9AM (ET) - 9PM (ET); Saturday - Sunday 9AM (ET) - 7:30PM (ET).

@ashughes, you can try the following - clear your browser's cache, and the restart the browser in privacy/incognito mode. Alternatively, you can use another browser, again in privacy/incognito mode.
Another possible thing would be to completely delete the current credit card, log out/back in, and re add it with new details.
edit: Also, make sure you put in your address exactly as it is on your CC statement.
