I have failed number transfer from Koodo(not prepaid) and cancelled their plan and now want to unsubscribe PM’s plan which has not been used at all , but cannot access to my account and through chatbot as well.

As a customer I have a similar issue where the port half worked - calls and veritifcations only work on my old sim. nobody from Customer Service will reply. the chat bot leads to a ticket system that is broken and if you DM CS_Agent on the community they will not reply either. if you complain on instagram or facebook or twitter they will direct you to use the chatbot. so there is not much hope of getting your problem solved any time soon. there is no phone number or email available to the customers either.
the only hope you have is to message CS_Agent here and wait probably several weeks for a response.
