Failed activation on November 5 -- still not working

I tried to activate a sim card a week ago today and it still is not working.  It charged my credit card on the 5th.  I messaged 2 Mods and have not received a response from either one.  Not sure what else I can do other than do a charge back on my card and forget about moving my wife to PM.

Yes so far so good.  I am going to port the Rogers number over when my wife gets home from work.  When that is complete I'll close the thread.

So did you test the sim yet?  Please let us know if you're working.

I sent all of my information to @Shazia_K in a PM however I just tried to login to the account and it let me this time.  I was able to add services to my plan so it may be working now. I need to test the sim in my phone to make sure.

Tagging a mod so that they can look into this.  Do you have more info other than it just doesn't work?
