Submitted a number to transfer from current provider during registration process through app, but my phone screen auto timed-out during the 2min wait, which disrupted the process so the transfer did not complete, and now I can't login to my account. The app loops at the login page, and browser gives me a "forbidden A1" page. Need to reset to complete SIM registration and number transfer.

Contacting CS Agent by direct message quickly resolved the issue of activation/port stuck in a loop:

you were not using app? you need the PM app to complete the activation. Try using the app
if that does not work, you will then need agent to help. please submit a ticket with CS Agent using this Chatbot link: https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" , "Other", "Log In".
