FFatherlocked out of phone account and every solution Public Mobile has required you to log in.

I am livid and i do mean livid. My father is visiting from canada and needed a US phone plan. Tried to log in and he got locked out told him to wait an hour. No problem-only after 2 hours same message. After a day same message  go to reset the password and it refuses to finish the reset. Cant post or email for help as he has NO ACCESS TO HIS ACCOUNT. its 4 days into the trip. Its ruined a lot of his experience here as he cannot go anywhere alone since he has no functioning phone for calls or gps. 

 

I know these are answered by other customers so a fix would be great but also anyway to contact an employee of public mobile before i move my entire family away from this retched company would be great.

Shame i only got to use public mobile for 2 years before it turned to absolute garbage.

This required knowledge of a 4 account pin number which he has no clue about. Sadly sasnt helpful in this situation but good info to have

Tried the app and the website on a few different browsers with no luck. Sent an agent an email but will give the 611 call a try

Your dad could trial to dial 611 on his phone.  If you know his PIN number, you could purchase a 15 day US roaming package for now.

Did you try to login in via the PM app?  You could also try a different web browser, clear cache or incognito mode.  The website is finicky at times. 

Otherwise, you could private message CS_Agent, but it will take a few hours for them to respond.
