I am a new client to Public Mobile. Just renewed my husband's plan last week, but mine could not be renewed no matter what ! So it's passed SEVERAL DAYS that I have PAID for the service renewal but have NOT BEEN ABLE TO USE IT !!!
By looking at this forum, It seems like it is a WELL KNOWN PROBLEM with public mobile and YET, the company has NEVER taken any steps to FIX this! All I see here is WORKAROUNDS to fix the problem, like adding the extra $1 into the account and also forcing the services to stop by reporting as stolen and then restarting it. I did it all and several times ! Still have NO SERVICE !
I hope Public Mobile can assist me and fix it ASAP. No more workarounds !
