Family credit card

Hello,

I've been a Public Mobile subscriber for over a year and had no trouble using autopay.  My credit card should have been charged today for my service, but no charge went through and my phone and text messages aren't working. 

Three days ago my husband joined Public Mobile and the charge for his new plan was put on the family credit card.  He did not select to have autopay.  His next payment is due January 29th.

When I look at my Public Mobile account it says I have $47 in available funds, which doesn't make sense, and my next payment is due January 29th.  I don't know how using the same credit card could mix up our accounts, but I can't figure out what happened. 

Any guidance would be appreciated.

@Supre You will need to send a private message to the Moderator_Team with your account details. They will look into it possibly tomorrow morning if they are gone for today.
