Why can't I login into my account...it states that the page is expired...is there a new link that I'm not aware of...it's so friggin frustrating

I’ve had good luck using the back arrow. Pretty simple really.

It might work if you press Back and then Refresh
If not, yes, clearing cache and reboot, or Private/Incognito mode or try on another browsers

Try using different browser. Try Incognito mode. Clear browser’s cache. Try forced refresh.
