Hi there,
My credit card expired and I received a new one in the mail. Forgot to update public Mobile billing.... I think I lost my rewards (e. G. Referred by a friend and referred a friend too) and accumulated year of service for discount.
Updated as soon as I realized.
Can my loyalty rewards be re-instated?

Your account might have gone into suspended mode due to the expired CC, but as soon as your account is reactivated. Your rewards will reappear on your profile.
