I have reset my password but when i tried to connect it says :
Exceeded max login attempts.

To contact a Customer Support Agent, there are 2 methods:
Watch for their response in your Community private mailbox which will be indicated by a number on the small envelope icon to the left of your Community avatar.

I tried but this time it didn’t accept my new password. I don’t know if my account is blocked

Before trying again, @Yassined , wait 30 minutes, clear cache and cookies, open and incognito tab, then try again.
( EDIT: no waiting req'd - was thinking of old c/c update processes... 😉 , thanks @computergeek541 )
