Hi I was having an issue with changing my number today. When I click on the submit button at the bottom it says the number change failed. I am not sure why this is happening but I need to change my number ASAP for personal reasons.

It's likely the reason as the PM system is accurate with number changes.
You will unfortunately have to wait the 30 day period.

I'm not sure when was the last time I changed it but I think it might be the reason why since I changed it not too long ago.

Have you done a change already recently?.. Public Mobile allows one change per 30 days.
If you already did a change recently you're out of luck and must wait 30 days.
