I'm porting over a number from bell - well actually I think I'm going to give up and stick will bell.
* Created account (see I'm logged in sending a message)
* I added $100 bucks for a 3 month plan
* When it goes into activate mode
- It says my password is wrong (it is not)
- I try to reset my password it says "Please enter a valid email address registered to your account."
Basically I'm very displeased with this system.
I go to enter a ticket and it says there is an error on the ticket!

This happened to me also while i was using chrome. when i switched to explorer it started working.

That might be the best solution - - hopefully they can get me a refund!

"The site isn't the greatest" - kind of an understatement.
"Please enter a valid email address registered to your account."
It won't let me login or reset my password!
How do I get a refund - I've wasted way too much time on this!

Try clearing your browser cache and go into incognito mode and try to log in. Sometimes this site can be finicky.
The site isn't the greatest but once you get in, it's worth it. We're here to help you.
