When I hit login the eversafe.id.com webpage supported by telus will not load.
We've tried two different mobile devices and have uninstalled and re-installed the app.
We're new customers trying to link an existing phone line to the public mobile SIM. Not sure how to bypass this.

Thanks for your help @hTideGnow - Alexandra at CS Agent was very helpful, and got me all fixed up. They did it manually, so my guess is that this may be a known issue with the app on some devices.

No, the phone shows no service and we haven’t got logged in so we cannot choose a phone number for this SIM. logging in is the problem.

do you see the phone showing connected to PM network? If not , try to reinsert the sim card and click Reset network settings

I completed the SIM linking to my account and payment on a PC. Now we installed the SIM into the iPhone 5S so we can complete setup and choose a phone number. What we get is a white screen with no content. Note that this is the same result for Safari, or Chrome to log into Public Mobile site, in portrait or landscape and normal or incognito mode.

did you completed your activation? is the service is working?
you can try to uninstall and resintall the app and try to login again. And if the activation was completed and no problem with the service, then try using Incognit/Private/Secret mode on your browser to login My Account and it should work

I have this exact white screen eversafe.Id.Telus issue today on a new account on an old iPhone 5S. SIM card is installed, linked, we have an account, have downloaded the app. Please advise?

We are having the same problem. Our iPhone 6 will not load the login page, however our iPone X will load it. Did you ever get this resolved? I need to activate an account on our iPhone 6.

Yes they already charged me. I kept thinking the next step would be to switch the SIM and what would you know it never came. Otherwise, I would never have invested this much of my morning.

And PM already charged you?
for that part of the process, you do need to login to the app to complete the activation. So, a blank page won't help 😞

I've been attempting to use the PM App on two different iPhones to complete the set up. We've made an account, selected & PAID for a plan on desktop. We just need to transfer the existing phone number from Rogers to the PM SIM. To do so we need to login to the app. The app attempts to redirect us to the Eversafe.ID.com to login but only produces a white webpage. It will not load the login portal. We've downloaded the app multiple times, tried two different mobile devices, tried going incognito and restarted the phones. With all the same failed result.

@whitepisscutter , everything seems to be working fine over here. Try rebooting your phone if you have not done so already.
