My eversafe ID mobile number is my old one I lost. I cannot get access to it. It keeps trying to send a code to it but I cannot access this.
I clicked resend code hoping the option for email would come up - but it just tries to send the code to the mobile number again!
Can someone help? I literally just got the plan today!

While login to your Eversafe ID, hit Resend Code right away then it will give you the option of sending the 2FA code by text, email or call.
You might have to try this several times.

so, you can login My Account with the Send email option?
If so, you can update the phone number where EverSafe sends the 2FA. Just login My Account, go to Profile page, click Manage EverSafe ID and you can change the phone number to receive the 2FA:
