I bought an esim because the website originally told me my phone was esim compatible but when I bought the sim it said my iPhone is not. How can I refund?

@Flor which iPhone you got? PM has been having some issue with activating eSIM on iPhone, so it could be related.
Open ticket with support and ask them to reimburse you the cost of getting a sim card from your local stores
