Esim

I have a friend with PM who broke their phone that had an esim.  When she buys her new phone with esim capabilities what does she have to do.

@KZ1964   She would need to download the Public Mobile app on the new phone, log in to her existing account and "purchase" a new esim (the costs should be credited back).
