I'm trying to transfer to public mobile and requested an esim card. It won't download nor did I receive a QR code in the confirmation email. Good luck trying to reach an agent.

I finally reached an agent. Unfortunately I was told I had to get a sim card as apparently porting my number and requesting an esim at the same time doesn't work...
All is good now and have been using Public for over a week. I'm moving my husband's phone over too but will wait for the sim card to arrive.

if you're having trouble using the PM chatbot, try using this link to message Customer Support. Give them as much info as you can to start.

I have been trying for an hour to contact an agent, it just keeps asking me to log in.

Can we assume you tried to create your new PM account using the required PM app ? It's the only way to start your new account.

@Margot5 - You will have to port your number to get the welcome email with QR code. It is kind of bad designing.
But have you already contacted an agent?
