Well i did a boo boo when trying to activate my esim and now my origonal service isnt working. It is in sos mode. I got an email stating i cud get the sim card reactivated but dont know how

Was your Original service also with Public Mobile before switching to e-SIM or did you just Port in from another provider?

Usually with in the hour @Terry1973  but there only open from 8am 10PM EST

which one was the original service? with PM using physical  sim?

for your eSIM, you should get an email from PM with the QR code. Scan it using your phone and you can install it yourself

let us know if you can find the QR code on the email.  If not , you will need to submit ticket with PM agent:
