Hello ,
My wife is using Iphone 13 Promax and she have purchased an esim with rate plan , but when she try to log in to the app it said eSim not supported and she has no service at all . any one know anything wrong with it ?

You might want to remove that photo because someone else could scan that QR code.

It can take several hours sometimes even the next day. If you don't hear from them within 24 hours of sending the first message, send them a second asking for a follow up.
