Esim not working after transfer

I'm new user and recently purchase new plan and transferred the number. Esim does not work and qr code is no longer valid. Can you please share new QR code to install the esim thanks.

@Bchaudhari , what model of phone are you using?  Was it confirmed as e-SIM compatible during the activation process?

@Bchaudhari  Check your sim manger in phone setting . Maybe it already installed also be sure to set it as primary and reboot the phone see if they helps . Worst case you. An submit ticket with support to help also
