i have an iphone 14 pro. i exited out like you said. on my computer, i was able to scan and download it using a QR code. now it is installed but it won't activate. uggggghhh

@Kerrie8828 - What phone do you have? iPhone or Android?
If it says "Connecting to Network" it says that it is trying to connect to a cell tower automatically. You could dismiss it.
Make sure to have a Wi-Fi or another SIM Connection to download the eSIM profile.
If it is iPhone - then if you want to - you can actually just dismiss the popup and it will automatically download / activate it in the background.
You may want to contact CS_Agent if it has been 4 hours of loading / installing 🙃
