@ErinHarris you are correct, the first login does not have that option.  Message support is the way to go  🙂

Unfortunately not for the first log in

You can change that by clicking on "Didn't Get Code"...  and there should be an email option to send it to the email you registered the account with.

@ErinHarris

message support and they can send you another esim

Unfortunately I can’t log into my account as it keeps sending a six digit confirmation code to a phone number I can’t access.

@ErinHarris

Since you deleted the esim.  you now need to get a replacement esim for free.

To rebuy new eSIM for FREE, first, download the app on your new phone.  Click Account from the bottom, then click Purchase SIM Card and select eSIM

Once it confirms your phone is eSIM compatible, click Pay $  and Install (the system will check and apply a $5 credit to bring the total price back to $0 at checkout), and follow the prompt to complete and purchase and install eSIM on your device

After you installed the esim, make sure it is enabled or on iPhone, make sure it is toggled on for "Turn on this line"

Let us know how it goes and we can try to help further

Hello @ErinHarris

This is one of the primary reasons I never recommend eSIM. Too much trouble to deal with. I recommend purchasing a physical SIM card. Either from Amazon or using this link to find locally.

If you prefer a eSIM, contact customer service by creating a ticket. Just know it may take a few days.

To Submit a ticket, please click the following link to access the Public Mobile Chatbot:  https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html  Type: Customer Service Agent

Have you tried checking for messages in the email you registered with? I recently joined PM and I found that I was getting all my verification codes through email until the eSIM was activated, then they started coming through SMS
