Just enter the 2FA code so you can access your account through Eversafe ID.

I would suggest you login to your account on the app or online and check in the Profile section that will show your current number.
Also reboot your phone and see if your number shows up on your phone.
It could be just a glitch.

Yes did get an email but when I paid for new plan/sim/account I used the confirmation screen link to activate esim.everything looks like it was working so I don't know why it says unregistered sim and no mobile phone number

Did you get an email from PM with the QR code for the eSIM?
You can scan the QR code to your phone and reboot your phone
